Service-Based Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of project delivery.
Refunds are only applicable if the services delivered are not as described or agreed upon in the contract.
Work that has already been completed and delivered will not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Services
Customized services (such as website development, graphic design, or digital marketing) are non-refundable once work has started.
Domain registrations, hosting services, and third-party software purchases are strictly non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
